Agentic App
Privacy policy
This policy explains how Agentic App handles information when you use the App, visit these pages, or contact RockStudio for support.
Agentic App is a client UI. It retains only UI preferences. Your conversations, files, and other user data are stored on your server. The App does not include a server or a RockStudio-hosted account for that data.
Information used by the App
The App communicates with the compatible agentic server you choose. It uses the connection address and authentication information you provide to connect. It sends your requests and displays the responses returned by that server, which may include conversation content, files, and agent activity.
Displaying and interacting with this information requires processing it on your device while you use the App. Persistent storage of your conversations, files, and other server data remains with your server. RockStudio does not receive or store that content through the App’s normal client-to-server operation.
Local UI preferences
The App retains preferences used to present its interface. These preferences support the UI and are separate from your server-hosted user data. You can use your device’s app-data controls to clear local preferences; any device backups are managed separately through your operating system or backup provider.
Your server and other providers
You choose the server the App connects to. That server may process requests through model providers, tools, or other services configured by you or its operator. Those providers’ access, retention, security, and privacy practices are governed by your server configuration and their own policies.
RockStudio does not supply the server or control its storage, logs, backups, or onward processing. Use a server you trust and an encrypted connection, such as HTTPS or WSS, when connecting over a network.
When you contact support
If you email RockStudio, we receive your email address, your message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and resolve the issue. Our email provider processes this correspondence to deliver and store it.
Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle your inquiry and related follow-up, or to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion by contacting us at the address below. Please avoid sending passwords, access tokens, private conversations, or confidential files.
This website
These pages do not include advertising cookies or analytics scripts. The website hosting provider may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL, and request time, to deliver and protect the website.
App stores and operating systems may separately process download, purchase, or diagnostic information under their own settings and privacy policies.
Retention, deletion, and your choices
- Server data: manage or delete conversations, files, logs, and backups through your server or its operator. Disconnecting or uninstalling the App does not delete data from the server.
- Access: revoke server credentials or permissions through your server or authentication provider when you want to end access.
- UI preferences: clear local app data using the controls available on your device, and manage backups separately.
- Support information: contact RockStudio to request access, correction, or deletion of information you sent to us. We may need to verify the request and retain information where legally required.
Updates to this policy
We will update this page when our information-handling practices change and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be identified in the updated policy.
